Weight loss is a simple measure so will always be there, but the fact that progress is not about perfection is the biggest change I have experienced. Being OK with imperfect consistency is a life-changing concept because it makes you kinder to yourself. If that doesn’t change your life, I don’t know what will.
The accepting, forgiving, uplifting group of people in the program, especially the coach. Being able to eat everything I used to eat with minor (and tasty) modifications and actually get healthier while doing it. It didn’t feel like I had to figure out my life and pantry from scratch while on SHIFT. The SHIFT was so gradual (one change at a time) and drastic (results) at the same time.

I loved the community, after a very long time I was not judged.
